Terms & Condition Agreement

A bounce house legal waiver must be signed by responsible parties at time of delivery. This is a RENTAL of a Bounce House. When ordering a bounce house from Yard Party Pro, the renter agrees to take care of the bounce house while it is in their yard, including NOT moving it, NOT mowing around it, NOT attaching anything to it. The renter accepts full responsibility for the supervision for any persons in or around the bounce house during this rental period. The renter agrees to comply and enforce the trained operating instructions that are on the bounce house. If the renter can not enforce the trained operator duties, one must accompany the bounce house at the renters expense. Any liability including injury or death to persons in or around the bounce house during this rental period shall fall solely on the renter. I understand any damage of the bounce house will be billed to the renter. I understand that photographs will be taken of the bounce houses and the renters home may appear in the photo. Addresses and exact locations will not be shared.
